2. Rihanna / Rihanna

Jamie: While I don’t think Rihanna comes close to Carrie, I think she is definitely a firm second place. Her custom collaboration Armani gown (that she helped design herself with Scarface for inspiration) is exactly what she wanted it to be: provocative, sexy, simple, & a little ghetto. And I think she rocks it.

Rob: Fits like a glove. But for the hair, would have been number one.
