4. Katy Perry / Adele

Jamie: I really don’t want to like this at all. Again, this could easily be because I’m comparing it quite a few trainwrecks, but for some reason this Elie Saab is really catching my eye more than I would care to admit. Maybe it’s the light blue color (which is fabulous) playing off of Katy’s blue hair. Either way, I think her stylist managed to tame Katy’s usual costume-esque style into something more mature.

Rob: So true to herself, but glammed up a bit. She can do no wrong.
