12. Fergie / Julianne Hough

Jamie: She tried with this Jean Paul Gaultier couture gown (straight from Paris, as she so aptly pointed out to Ryan Seacrest), but she did fail. This picture doesn’t do the color of the dress justice (which is a bright coral color; think OPI’s Cajun Shrimp) that I thought was stunning, but it very accurately depicts how the rest of the dress looks: see-through. And with a collar.

Rob: Shapeless and boring, which is a shame considering what she has to work with.
